The Universe always says yes! Can you believe it?

The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like. You create your experience based on your overall feeling tone or "vibrations."

The Law is Inclusive. The Universe always says, "Yes." If you are thinking of cute little furry mice or icky little creepy mice, you are thinking of mice. The Universe will bring you...you guessed it!...Mice. Even if you say, "I don't want mice!" You are vibrating in resonance with, yes, mice.

If you don't want to experience mice, turn your attention to something else, like cats!

Many people like to think they can use affirmations to create their experiences. I won't say that you can't use them this way, but that most of us do not.

You may want to affirm, "I have a cat." to create a cat. If your feelings and thoughts are all lined up with cats, this affirmation will work. But if you are affirming, "I have a cat." and thinking, "...but I only want one because of the mice." You may not attract a cat - and may, in fact, attract more mice!

The Law of Attraction will bring you the things you think about. In order for it to bring you the things you want, you must focus your thoughts ONLY on the things you want.

So many times when we think about things we want, we lose focus. You may think something like this: My book is selling. My book is selling. Well, it hasn' t sold yet. I wonder why no one on my mailing list bought one? Maybe it doesn't appeal to anyone and won't sell at all. My book is selling, my book is selling. I can't believe my book isn't selling...

Try this:

Focus only on what you want, for only a minute and a half. This concentrated thought will be far more powerful than a half hour of visualizations and affirmations interspersed with negative thoughts.
